Daniel F. Donnelly is an Associate at Deasey, Mahoney & Valentini, Ltd. He concentrates his practice primarily on casualty and complex tort litigation cases involving issues of professional liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, construction defects, motor vehicle negligence, and premises liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Dan was an Associate at a regional defense firm where he defended a wide range of claims against lawyers, insurance agents and brokers, title agents, real estate professionals, accountants, and non-profit and public-entity professionals. Dan also regularly represents clients in matters involving real estate, condominium disputes, unfair competition, cyber liability, and toxic torts.

Dan has broad experience at both the trial and appellate levels. He has successfully tried several cases to verdict. And he has briefed and argued appeals before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, California Courts of Appeal, Virgin Islands Supreme Court, and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Dan also serves as a court-appointed arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Dan received his degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Pennsylvania State University. He then attended Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and received the Barrister and Outstanding Oral Advocate Awards for his performance in the integrated trial advocacy program.

Outside the office, Dan is a process-trusting Philadelphia sports fan who enjoys golfing.
