Daniel S.Gradwohl
Daniel Gradwohl is an Associate at Deasey, Mahoney & Valentini, Ltd. He received his B.A. from Ithaca College and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law.
Daniel defends clients in a wide range of practice areas, including premises liability, dram shop claims, general negligence, automotive liability, and employment discrimination. He has extensive mediation and arbitration experience in a variety of matters. Additionally, he has litigated matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. Daniel has also represented homeowner associations and condominium associations in various contractual and negligence claims.
After graduating from law school, Daniel was a judicial law clerk in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Trial Division.
Daniel is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (2021), and the District Court of New Jersey (2018).
