Samuel C. Wilson is an Associate at Deasey Mahoney & Valentini, Ltd. Sam has several years of experience in civil litigation practicing in employment law and civil rights matters.
Sam has focused his practice predominantly on employment discrimination and harassment matters. He has a wide variety of experience in litigating claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Sam has also litigated employment discrimination claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and discrimination claims under 42 U.S.C § 1983. He has also litigated discrimination, and public accommodation claims under the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination. In addition, he has substantial experience litigating in the Federal District and before government agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations.
Sam is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
