Brian M.Perez
Brian Perez joined Deasey, Mahoney & Valentini in 2018 after working for a mid-size, regional litigation firm where he represented a wide spectrum of clients from small business owners to a large national retailer. He is licensed in California, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Brian currently represents clients, in a broad range of general liability claims including premises, products and motor vehicle liability. He also has experience with insurance coverage and contractual disputes.
A native of Puerto Rico, Brian grew up in Philadelphia and graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management. He has extensive experience with hotels, restaurants and bars, which he utilizes in representing these businesses in his legal practice. Prior to attending law school, Brian managed a hotel in St. Thomas, USVI. Brian returned to Philadelphia where he attended and graduated from Temple University James A. Beasley School of Law in 2006.
Brian is an avid surfer and snowboarder. He is proud of his volunteer efforts with Life Rolls On, an organization that helps children and adults with spinal cord injuries experience and enjoy the sport of surfing. Brian also enjoys hiking, gardening and scuba diving. Brian currently resides in Philadelphia with his wife and family. He is an elected committeeperson in the 53rd Ward.
